It took over a year to secure permission to shoot the lavish dance sequence on Regent Street in London over 4 nights as it’s actually owned by the Royals. The night they were scheduled to film, the Queen passed away and the shoot had to be postponed. Everyone had to be paid anyway, including shops and crew, and production insurance didn’t cover the losses due to death of a monarch, so the producers had to raise additions funds to shoot later..
