It took over a year to get permission to film the lavish dance sequence on Regent Street in London over 4 nights, as it is actually owned by the royal family. On the night they were supposed to film, the Queen died and filming had to be postponed. Everyone still had to be paid, including the shops and crew, and the production insurance did not cover losses due to the death of a monarch, so the producers had to raise additional funds to film afterwards.
