Narrative
Discover the secret of a town in the central United States that traps anyone who enters. As the townspeople struggle to maintain a sense of normalcy and search for a way out, they must also survive the threats of the surrounding forest.
All that remains are the cobblestone streets and driveways on which the fake town has been built
Known as Beaver Bank Manor, it has a long history and was once home to apartments, a community center, a fire station, a school, a church, a grocery store, etc. (all demolished by 2004) to support workers at a nearby military radar base that operated in the 1950s and 1960s.

As others have mentioned, I felt the need to binge it all the way through, starting and ending in a few sittings, which I haven’t been willing to do a series in a long time
If you liked early seasons of Lost, early Wayward Pines season 1 when it was still mysterious, Society, early The Walking Dead, etc., I think it’s worth at least a seven-day free trial of MGM Plus to try out the first few episodes and maybe you’ll really enjoy the entire season as I did. As others have noted, some of the minor characters; the acting is a bit lacking, the budget is clearly tighter than expected but not too tight, and the plot may ultimately go nowhere, but for now I’m definitely looking forward to season two.
