Narrative
Eva (Odessa Young), a 19th-century widow, is forced to make an impossible choice when a ship sinks off the coast of her remote fishing village in the middle of a particularly brutal winter. Eva and her crew must choose whether to save the castaway or survive the winter on their last meal. Faced with the consequences of their choices and plagued by guilt, the residents struggle with a growing sense of terror and begin to believe that they are all being punished for their choices.
